Is this a disc or a download?
A download. You receive a license key and a link to the publisher’s official installer by email. Nothing is shipped.
How fast will I get my key?
Usually within minutes after payment. Some orders need a short security review and can take up to 12 hours (never more than 1 business day).
Is there a shipping fee?
No. Digital delivery is free on every order.
I did not receive my email.
Check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us with your order number and we will resend it.
Software and activation
Is this the full version?
Yes. You install the publisher’s full software and activate it with the key we send. It is not a trial and not a subscription.
Will it work on my computer?
Check the platform and system requirements on the product page before buying. Some editions are Windows only.

Refunds and payment
What is your refund policy?
Full refund within 30 days if the key has not been activated, or if it will not activate and we cannot replace it. Read the full policy.
