1. What we sell
We sell digital licenses for software published by third parties. Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. eFileSoftware LLC is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by the IRS or the software publishers unless a product page says otherwise.
2. License and use
Your use of the software is governed by the publisher’s end-user license agreement (EULA), which you accept when you install it. Licenses are for the edition, tax year, platform and number of users or devices stated on the product page.
3. Prices and availability
Prices are in USD and may change without notice, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. If a pricing error occurs we will contact you before delivery and you may cancel for a full refund.

6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for checking that your computer meets the system requirements, for entering a correct email address, and for keeping your license key private. Tax software helps you prepare returns; you remain responsible for the accuracy of the information you file. We do not provide tax, legal or accounting advice.
7. Warranties and liability
Software is provided by its publisher under the publisher’s warranty terms. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
