1. Return Conditions

To qualify for a full refund under our 30-day policy:

• The return request must be initiated within thirty (30) days of verified delivery.
• Hardware must be in clean, functional condition without physical damage.
• Must include all original boxes, power adapters, cables, and manuals.

2. Return Shipping Fees

• Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If equipment arrives damaged or fails to function, eFileSoftware covers 100{52c53c3f766bbe23dcbaa088d194479423eab1fa3e9ff9137c67fb894333d2ba} of return shipping. We will email a prepaid, trackable return shipping label immediately.
• Customer Remorse / Discretionary Returns: If you choose to return an item due to changed firm requirements or accidental ordering, the customer is responsible for standard return postage.
